Jason was
born on the island of Tobago, and started drawing at an early age.
He continued with his passion for drawing at the Roxborough
Composite School where the Tobago Art Committee awarded him with
recognition for outstanding achievement in Art.
While a
teenager, Jason painted on t-shirts and other fabrics. Over the
years he has been painting in the medium of oil consistently. He
also enjoys painting in acrylic and watercolor.
At present he
continues with a rapid improvement in the medium of oil. His
accomplishment came through further reading, studying,
experimenting and hard work, thus leading him to expand his
knowledge and skill as an Artist. Jason continues as he has been
doing over the years, exhibiting and participating in exhibitions
in Trinidad and Tobago.
He lives at
Lanse-Fourmi, a village in Tobago, where he continues to pursue
aggressively his enthusiasm for drawing and painting. He also
shows his work at a mini gallery that he owns where he lives.
