Leo Glasgow

Won the Trinidad Art
Society Award for the two most outstanding works on show.

Chosen by researchers in the field of Art Education Teachers
College, Columbia University, to participate in the use of Drug
Education in drug rehabilitation programs.
1969
An Exhibition in New York brought him International
recognition and he was considered as one of the outstanding
contemporary painters today.
1975
Was presented with the
“Outstanding Instructor” trophy for Art Therapy and Teaching from
the Addiction Research and Treatment Corporation where he was
employed as an Art Therapist. Exhibited at the Holiday Inn,
Trinidad.
1976 – 78
Received special commissions for public and private
spaces.
1978 – 79
Art Consultant assignments with the Board of Education
in NY.
