Artist
Statement
My medium is
Acrylic and I chose the Impasto Style for most of my paintings
since it gives me the opportunity to really liberate my inner
emotions. By using vibrant textures and brisk lines I dare you to
reach out. I desire my paintings to radiate the warmth of the
human spirit more so than soothe tired nerves. The majority of
the paintings depict dancers. Dancing was my second dream pursuit
as a child. As an artist I enjoy depicting the movement and the
emotion involved.
My goal is to
stir the senses. If I have achieved this then I believe that I’ve
created a successful painting.
